The following areas of the church facilities need to be restored to a "church-ready" condition.

Please walk together and check off the following check-lists for each area of focus within the church grounds.

When the check-list is complete, please check the complete boxes and submit the form.

All trash needs to be emptied into the trash container in the courtyard.
